• From Customers: Phone numbers (used as unique identifiers to track loyalty points) and purchase history (points earned, items redeemed, and transaction timestamps). We do not require or collect customer names or email addresses by default unless provided voluntarily.
• Automatically Collected Data: Standard server logs, IP addresses, and browser types to ensure system security and prevent fraud.

The information we collect is strictly used to operate the JoinRewards platform. Specifically, we use it to:

• Provide the core loyalty point tracking and redemption functionality.
• Process subscription payments for Store Owners.
• Send critical account updates, password reset links, or security alerts.
• Provide Store Owners with anonymous, aggregated analytics regarding their store's performance.

• Between Merchants and Customers: Store Owners have access to the phone numbers and point balances of customers who explicitly register at their specific store locations.
