Welcome to JoinRewards, a service provided by Aum Infonet Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our website (joinrewards.club) and software platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Description of Service

JoinRewards is a cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) loyalty platform designed for independent convenience stores, gas stations, and retailers. We provide the digital infrastructure for store owners to issue and manage loyalty points and digital punch cards for their customers.

2. Account Registration and Security

To use the platform, store owners must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (including your Master Admin password and Staff PINs). You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Store ID.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

• Free Trial: We offer a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to begin the trial.
• Pro Plan: After the trial, continued access requires a paid subscription of $9.99 CAD per month.
• Billing: Payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically month-to-month unless canceled.
• Cancellations & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing dashboard. Because this is a digital service, we do not offer prorated refunds for partial months of service. Access will remain open until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. User Responsibilities (Store Owners)

As a store owner, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

• Honoring the cash credits, free combos, and free items issued to your customers through our platform.
• Ensuring your cashiers properly use the system to avoid fraudulent point issuance.
• Getting appropriate consent from your customers to enter their phone numbers into the JoinRewards terminal.

Aum Infonet Inc. provides the software to track points, but we are not responsible for paying out or fulfilling the actual rewards to your customers.

5. System Availability and Uptime

We strive to ensure the JoinRewards platform is available 24/7. However, access may be temporarily suspended for scheduled maintenance or due to unforeseen server outages. We are not liable for any lost sales or points unissued during temporary downtime.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aum Infonet Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the JoinRewards platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in fraudulent activity.
